Little Valley Learners is led by Molly Bricker, MPS, a passionate educational therapist and literacy consultant with 20 years of experience dedicated to early literacy acquisition and student success. As the founder of Molly Bricker Educational Therapy, she understands the importance of creating a strong educational foundation, particularly for young learners and striving readers alike.

Molly brings a unique blend of high-level clinical mastery, independent school knowledge, and genuine compassion to her work. She holds a master's degree in Literacy Development (Birth-Grade 6) and has completed extensive training with the Orton-Gillingham Academy, earning a Certified level distinction. This foundation is further strengthened by a certificate in Educational Therapy from UC Riverside. This depth of knowledge allows her to expertly interpret complex batteries of assessments and neuropsychological reports, providing invaluable insights into each child's unique learning profile, as well as lead transformative professional development and coaching for teachers and administrators serving California's independent schools and beyond.

By integrating this multisensory principle, she bridges the gap between neurological research and classroom practice, ensuring that learning truly "sticks." Her expertise extends to standardized assessments like the CTOPP-2, KTEA-3, and GORT, and she is proficient in leading and training teachers in evidence-based literacy screeners like the Multitudes Early Literacy Screener.
